I have been a gym rat since college, and I have been in pretty good shape since (I was a little fatty in highschool) I dropped about 150 pounds while in college. So since I got laid off of work I started spending a lot more time in the gym (like 3-4 hours everyday) anyways I was taking in about 3500 calories a day, all lean protein egg whites salmon, veggies, and brown rice. Here lately though my appetite is through the fucking roof. I calorie counted yesterday while debating on a midnight snake and I was well over 8,000 calories for the day, and I was still hungry. I had consumed over 400 grams of protein as well. So anyone have any advice on appetite curving I'm afraid my inner fattie was somehow reawakened
