I have literally had it being Fat. Plan and simple, I am to young for this shit.
At the same time though, I am very busy.
Anyone out there know any work out routine that can be very simple. The results do not need to be immediate, but preferably easy to notice within a month.
I am willing to try anything.

There's no such thing as a quick fix unfortunately. The change is a new lifestyle not a weeks exercise/diet programme. The main key is burn more calories then you consume to lose weight.

1. Eat healthy
2. Exercise

Running is a good all round core activity. Try joining a running club to keep you motivated.
As for eating the average adult male need 2500kcal a day but this may vary depending on how active your lifestyle is, there are calculators online for it. Try to cut down your intake to this if you are exceeding it.

If you just cut out the bad food and drink, you will lose the fat for sure, but your body will not look healthy and toned. You need to gain muscle and lose fat.

Simply losing the fat with diet will leave your skin looking like a deflated balloon.

Seriously, if you just want to lose weight stop eating so much you fat fuck. Keep telling yourself that "Stop eating you fat fuck." because you don't need to stuff your face. Have two meals a day and stick to it. Switch from soda to water and make sure you at least walk 20mins a day. You'll shed the weight quickly.

Have a normal size meal. After a week or two of eating normal amounts of food(Normal 800-1000 calorie dinner, no snacks) and drinking water your stomach will shrink and you'll stop feeling so hungry, feeling fuller more easily. Then it's just a matter of keeping it up for a few weeks. After that, when you get a routine you can have a bar of chocolate every now and then and not feel the need to stuff your face with it.

Losing weight doesn't have to be a chore, it can be a simple lifestyle adjustment. Don't buy into all the bullshit everyone else tells you: Weight loss is very simple... Eat less, lose more. If you want the perfect body then yeah, exercise and count calories and shit but just for losing weight from a whopping 290 all you want to focus on is losing the weight so don't make it harder for yourself than it needs to be.
