Lose more fat or bulk up?

I'm 6 foot exactly, male, 24. I weigh 11 stone, 4 lbs (158lbs, 71kg). I have around 13-14% body fat and am by no means "skinny" - I have some muscle on my arms (not much on my chest though), but it stops me looking like a twig/like I've got twigs pointing out of my shoulders!

I'm probably going for the David Beckham type body (not looking to build big muscle), but do I need to bulk up a bit more first? Or should i just get down to around 10% body fat and then think about trying to add a bit more muscle slowly?
