Hey I hear magnesium is found in fruit and helps process estrogen. Does this mean eating fruit will turn me into a woman?

What's up dude! There is an enzyme stored in your fat cells called "aromatase". Aromatase is a bitch dude, it'll take testosterone and convert it into estrogen. Zinc will help disable the aromatase from converting test into estrogen. You can get it through natural foods.
