i'm looking for something to whiten teeth. i've heard about a method by dentists, somekind of chirurgical thing but i don't want to do that... it sounds too dangerous for your teeth to me. i just want to know if any of you used something to whiten teeth and what works fine. thanks

I just invested in one of the mouthwashes that you shake up and then gargle for like 30 seconds. I also brush 2/3 times a day. Like you say I wouldnt recommend products more then that for example teeth whitening tooth pastes as they simply remove the top layer of your teeth; which ultimately damages them as it thins them. Over time you do notice a difference but like with anything you need to start a routine and keep to it.

Dude, I've used Crest Whitestrips with moderate success. Cut back on coffee & red wine, if you drink either.

brush your teeth with tooth paste regularly twice a days can protect your teeth to become yellow. one home made method is to wash your teeth with salt also keep your teeth white. the people who smoke have yellow shaded teeth so they have to consult the dentists.

Another great one is Hydrogen peroxide. Just rinse twice daily after you've brushed, flossed, etc.

there are lots of techniques that are being used for making teeth whitish in color, like home kit teeth whitening, home refill kit and now a days you can also have teeth whitener tray, which you can apply any time while you are tanning in sun.

I also use Crest Whitestrips especially when I'm out for a special occasions. If you have the budget, then you may go to your dentist and seek for a SPAM, but if ever you are on a budget, then you may use baking soda along with a whitening toothpaste, like Colgate's whitening products.

Make a thick past with baking soda and water. Use this to brush your teeth. Leave it on your teeth for 10 minutes or less(this will feel a little wierd) and then wash with water. That's all you need dude.

I think you need to get a Pearly Whites Express Teeth Whitening Centers Professional teeth Whitening. Get these SPAM from professional and you will get sure white teeth.

There are teeth whitening kits you can buy off ebay that work well.

I think they're sold for about $30 or so.

White strips are absolutely awesome and if you use enough you can get to whatever whiteness you want. Whitening toothpastes aren't going to whiten much. Since then I use maybe 3 strips a year or so just to maintain it. If you avoid coffee they'll stay white longer.

Hydrogen peroxide does work, but it's a very weak concentration (3%). White strips use a much stronger concentration (10-30%) and hold the peroxide against the teeth for much longer.

Mix some baking soda and lemon juice and keep paste on teeth for 5 to 6 minutes and rinse your mouth with water. It would help to whiten your teeth.
