Who doesn't want whiter teeth?

After a few seconds googling, it's clear that the baking soda method is the favourite for home-whitening your teeth.

Has anyone tried this?

I've started today, I'll update the results here.

Would be good to talk to anyone who's tried this.

The crest white stripes work wonders in a fraction of the time baking soda takes, and if youre working on a budget buy a tube of 5 minute whitener.

I got laser teeth whitening. Its not as much as you would think £49 for a session. I now use 1 crest white strip every week to keep them at the desired level of whitness :D

Well for teeth whitening this is good to have the tooth-brush daily four
times in a day and we should use a good paste. Wood and roots, of the
plant is also best for the whitening.The baking soda, is helpful for the teeth
and also take the peel of orange and rub their inner white side, with your teeth.

Oil pulling with coconut oil. Does more then just whitening teeth. Search it up.

Yeah!! For a successful date with girl friend the whiten teeth very important. It may help to bring girl friend closer. Why don't you try??teeth whitening

One can have acidic fruits like lemon, orange etc to make teeth brighter.

From time to time I'll gargle a mouthful of hydrogen peroxide. It whitens teeth well for next to nothing.
