And don't forget to wear an umbrella in the sun.

1) There's no evidence of antioxidants reversing skin damage or anything else for that matter.
2) If you really want to go down on antioxidants, why don't you eat a polar bear's liver? It contains enough vitamin A (an antioxidant) to kill you.
3) When you grow older, it is only natural that your skin becomes rougher and less softer. That's not a bad thing, women generally dig guys that look mature and unless you're orange or you're trying to hit on 18 year olds as an 40 year old, you don't have a problem.
