Running vs walking ?

Location: The dark side of moon .
This is a tricky one i wana lose weight its not much but still i am not perfect so which should i opt ?
I am doing light walking for an hour daily should i add a few running sessions as well ?
My target is till march .

Do a combination of all the above. Go for a run one day, and if you are sore go for a big walk the next day. There are lots of articles on bodybuilding.com and i'd suggest reading some of them.

I am in the favor of walking.This is because it reduces our weight without much energy wastage whereas running requires a lot of energy and we are exhausted soon.
