Hi, I’m a fan of pu in Taiwan, I always loved clubbing, when I’m young I often go clubbing nearly every week, but after graduation from grad school, I feel that clubbing and being a night owe really kind of hurts your health, although I still sleep for enough hours(6~8hr), and try to improve my sleeping quality(like using curtains that blocks90% sunlight ) I still feel exhausted sometimes, overall my health situation is far worse comparing with the time when I’m doing my military service(during the time in the troops , we have a regular schedule wake up at 5:30, sleeps at 9:30).

I think a lot of folks also have this kind of problem too, how do you guys maintain or even improve health when having a clubbing life style.

Any reply is appreciated!!

I like to lift weights, run a lot and ride a bike. Also, eat healthy, don't drink alcohol etc.
And I go out 3 days a week. Clubbing have nothing to do with having a healthy body (except that sleeping pattern gets fucked up).
