My perspective/experience:

Eat broccoli, cauliflower and radishes almost every day if you can, as well as leafy green stuff like kale and spinach. Spinach is safest to eat only cooked, broccoli and cauliflower only slightly cooked or steamed. Do the opposite of most men and go huge on the vegetables, these are some key ones, but whatever you can get your hands on. I think thats the most important thing in diet.

Fish oil and pumpkin seed oil are best taken in supplement form- these are very important man foods as well.

I've also gotten to the point where I pretty much only eat grains if they are whole, and try to diversify and limit how much grain I eat in one day. Quinoa is hard to prepare, but its one of the best grains.

Broccoli and Cauliflower and other leafy vegetables can help block estrogen which is vital if you're working out and boosting your testosterone levels.

Whole eggs, about 2 or 3 a day, are good for boosting testosterone, get organic if possible.

Brazil nuts, say 3 or 4, are also good for boosting Testosterone. Grass-fed beef is the same.

I'd massively implore every lad out there to read Tim Ferriss' 4 Hour Body. Absolutely excellent and fun book which teaches a lot of tips and tricks regarding nutrition and male health.
