What's the best sleep schedule for picking up women--assuming an 8 hour monophasic sleep requirement?

Plan on shifting to biphasic/polyphasic -- until then, what's your recommendation?

Hey guys the topic is about sleeping for health//For the recent month,I've been doing absolutely nothing but sleeping, and when I'm not sleeping I get particularly tired at randomly times, and it's to a point where I practically pass out where I'm standing/sitting.
