Can somebody here please tell me how to gain muscle hypertrophy? I'm 17, 5'10, and 140. I want to get bigger(bulk) and I don't know where to start. I don't want strength, I want muscles. If anybody can help me get a diet and workout plan, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you and God bless.
P.S. If I lift REALLY heavy weights will my height growth be stunted?

Anyways no bodybuilding will not stunt your growth. I would suggest just start lifting an do tons of reading up. I have tried 5x5, 4x8, 10x10 fullbody splits, back/bi, chest/tri, legs upperbody/lowerbody once a weeks, twice a weeks. So there is no perfect workout routine, and you will constantly learn more.\

Do the bigger routine sticky at their website. It's great for learning compound lifts and gain muscle pretty fast, especially for beginners. If you follow it well, you will gain a lot in 4 months.
