So apparently someone talked about posture in another thread a while back but no one even addressed my issue. So I'm gonna ask how do you deal with adult scoliosis? If I do surgery I won't be able to work out for six months and that will suck. Also it costs too much money to get done. I would like to look normal and have my spine straight, so someone please address this issue for me.
