| Let me tell you this first, not only girls love muscles, it will also give you a lot of selfconfidence and gets rid of insecurity.
Ofcourse you already know that, but I experienced the changes in the 3 years that im working out.
Im about 170cm "tall" so that's not really cool or anything. I used to be skinny too and you won't be seen with that length by most girls. Its rather annoying to be shorter than girls and the only way you can change this positively (physical) is by working out imo.
It doesn't matter how fat or how skinny you are, with dedication a complete body transformation is possible in about a year. I started working out when i was 17 (im 20 now), and went from a skinny guy to a shredder.
I would like to give you all some tips if you can't get motivated or whatever. Or just don't know where to start.
1) If you really want this (just like picking up girls), you have to do a lot of research. The internet is full of bullcrap stories, but the best site i've ever seen (which is my bible ever since) is simplyshredded (google it) (sorry for advertising, just a tip!). Everything can be read here. From scedules to nutrition tips.
2) You need to MAKE time in your life, at least 4 days a week for about 75 minutes.
3) Watch videos on youtube!!! Greg Plitt, Hodge Twins, Josef Rakich, Zyzz, Rob Riches have a lot of motivational videos that will make you go to a gym instantly.
4) The more effort you put in, the more you will get out of it. Pain is temporary, pride is forever guys!
5) This mainly improves your 1st impression, which is most important right?
6) Girls love to hear about how strong you are! Or funny stories about guys trying to hard. Make sure never to be arrogant!
