Hi,

Just wanted to let y'all know a little secret. This may sound like marketing, but trust me it isn't. Check out Six Pack Shortcuts on YouTube for some really great workouts. It's been three months and I already got the abs I've been wanting for a while now! Just get 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week of workouts. Pro tip: 30 second breaks with lots of water! I'm a vegetarian, and I've went from scrawny to ripped in just a matter of weeks.

Thanks for reading!

Looked into it awhile ago. Agree that it does work since you actually have to work at it. Then again, if you workout by any program you will see results. The title is a little misleading since there is no shortcut, but good marketing twist by Mike Chang.

Hi,

Yeah sorry man. I was just letting people know that I, personally, got good results with it. The best part's that it's all free so I just wanted to let people know what they're missing.

See ya, man!

99% of having a six pack is body fat%. Most guys won't see a six pack even with alot of ab work unless they are around 8% bodyfat.

I just do 10 25 lb plate sit-ups on a decline bench, 1 day a week.

You don't need to do alot of ab work to have a six pack.

Everybody have six pack, but problem is that you have belly (water, carbs) over six packs. If you want to have six pack visible, you must cut carbs, and do a lot of cardio... I am talking from my experience, and eat good food, a lot of vegetables, and some fruits (but few), fruit have a lot carbs... Drink water, because water melts fat...

Maybe i help you a little bit...

it has everything to do with body fat %...

the way to get abs is to drop your body fat around 8-10%...this is why all the skinny little fagg0ts have a 6-pack when they don't ever work out
