well, I quitted working out some months ago, but not because I was disappointed with the results, but because of the time that was short I had to work during the day and study during the night...but that´s not the point now.
my question is: how to have the abbs ripped? I really worked out hard, had a good diet plan, I used to eat 6 meals a day with more protein than carbohydrates and fats. but even when I was more skinny, when I just started working out, my abbs were not ripped, I started wondering , I think it´s my genetic.
actually I have put on about 18 kg(I don´t know how to convert it to pounds), since I started, and I got a litle bit "stocky" my arms were thick and solid just like my other muscles, but my abbs remained the same, I´m thinking about going back to the gym again soon, but this time I want to have my abbs ripped.
you guys have any tip for me of how to rip my abbs?, any good supplement?, how to burn concentrated fat? is it possible to lose fat and don´t lose muscles at the same time?

thank you guy, I´m waiting the replies.

The reason you can't see your abs is because there is too much fat around the stomach region as in other parts like your arms. The common sense thing is to reduce this fat by cadio/areobic exercise like jogging, swiming, brisk walking etc.

Don't worry about losing muscle mass as your body tends to balance out.
if you are still young then your metabolic rate is high so you will burn caloriies more of course it helps to increase this metabolic rate if you sustain exercising.

For the abs try doing 100 reps a day in sets of 15 or more.Knee tucks and leg
raises are also good.Eat a healthy and balanced diet.In your case I would recommend more vegetables or greens. You have to have discipline and motivation for the long term to see results. All the best.

Edit: You can also do combination exercises like lying leg raise and crunches.
Even triple ones the variations are endless.Isometic ones like raising
you legs and holding them up as long as you can.Combine this with a crunch makes this even harder. So situps work the upper abs, crunches the middle abs and leag raise/knee tucks the lower abs. There is also the hanging leg raise/knee tucks from a chin up bar.For lying leg raise you can also sway them to you sides.
Crunches can alternate with twisting from side to side.Don't forget the lower back
by doing arching back while lying on stomach. Good luck.
