After I dropped about 15 lbs. - People started to notice. And that fueled my ambition to keep losing weight. Eventually, by the end of 2011, I was able to drop 40 lbs total!!! But I still did'nt look how I wanted to look. So, at the end of 2011, I made another new years resolution to work out and build muscle. Again, I didnt tell anyone about it. Since January, I've been lifting weights 4 - 5 times a week for about 45 minutes a day and tonight, I finally got my first compliment on it! My local bartender was talking to me about some random stuff when she stopped mid sentence and said: "Hey, have you been working out?" And that was a monster ego boost!!!
My Advice is this: If you're loooking to improve you're image by losing weight or working out - DO NOT TELL ANYONE ABOUT IT!!! If you tell your friends or family your intentions, they will most likely placate you and tell you that you look great even though you may not have put any effort into your commitment. If you keep it a secret and you are able to make progress, the compliments you get from your friends / family will be genuine. And that will not only boost your confidence, but it will motivate you that much more to continue to improve yourself!

I still slip from time to time but I don't get called out on it when I do slip. That alone stops people from making me feel like shit when I slip. _________________ "I'm not a player, I just know how to quickly and efficiently remove a woman from my life when I figure out that she isn't good for me. In fact if you are working out and trying to lose weight it is better not to share it with any one for a while because at times even though there are physical changes in your body but no one will notice it if you have already revealed your plans _________________ e cigarettes uk
