Ok, more like 39 days and 39 nights because I already fucked up today, but I'm starting tomorrow and want to log next month and a few days here being completely honest.
I wanna give up alcohol and smoking for the next month or so, not a religious thing, just my thing. I'd like to quit smoking for good, but it has never worked in the past, the longest I went was a year and a half, so now I'm just making it a one month thing and see how that goes, month after month

Also the goal is to drink much more moderately after this period of abstinence is over.
