I should probably mention that I am trying to lose weight...
1kg of lean ground turkey is about 1200 calories, with about 176 grams of protein, add wraps (roma tomato) at 190 calories a wrap, 6 grams of protein, 32 grams of carbs (1 gram simple), with it taking about 5 wraps to finish a kg, you are looking at a very healthy alternative to fast food, not sure what you know about losing weight but this is pretty practical, as obviously you can not eat a whole kg. of meat at work unless you just eat until you feel sick, but if you get hungry you always have the food there if you need it, now with that in mind, lets calculate a big mac meal (keep in mind this is one meal)
1 big mac, 1 regular coke, 1 regular fry, 2 packs of ketchup, 1 apple pie
1400 calories, just for the meal, (this will only feed you one time, not all day), 186 grams of carbs (mostly simple), 31 grams of protein (pretty low for the caloric intake),
now with that in mind, 1 big mac meal, with an apple pie, his a higher caloric intake then a whole kg, of lean ground turkey, it has way more fat (alot of terrible fat too like trans/sat fats), it has way more sodium, way less protein, way more carbs (not the good kind either),
so if you compare a days worth of healthy food, is less then 1 meal from mcdonalds, and that is not even the large size
