Over the festive period I had a shocking revelation that came to me. I saw an old buddy from when I used to go to college and before he even wished me a merry Xmas his words were 'What happened to you man?! You're a fat bastard!' He is right. Then I was 17, about 10.5 st. I am now 13st 4lbs, after weight myself on mum's bathroom scales. Something has to change. I've started by not eating the late night kebabs after a night out and avoiding fast food. I'm no salad dodger but I love to eat all the crap of the day and I have a sweet tooth. I need to know of meals that are very filling but also nutritious and most importantly low calorie. The only substance I know of is porridge, and I will not have the will power to eat that for breakfast lunch and dinner. What properly fills you that is low in calories??
