Only problem is that the second half of my diet i ended up losing weight to quickly and now i'm left with saggy skin. I wasn't huge before just overweight, my saggy skin isn't obvious when i wear clothes but i want to get rid of it because i want a six pack lol.
I've read that all you can do is opt for surgery. People have told me just do some workouts and that'll tightened it. Has anyone got any advice that they can give to me.
Cheers

Unfortunately, generally there isn't much you can do. Some people are lucky enough to lose a ton of weight and show no remnants of it. Most people, however, have sagging skin especially in the torso afterwards.
With a perfect diet, and a nice balance btw effective cardio and weight training, you may be able to minimize it a little but it's extremely difficult and sometimes impossible to show no signs of sagging.

if possible, see a trainer, they may be able to give you the best possible workout routine. or find forums online. _________________ Respect the cock.
