i sleep at night, and i eat quite healty, i drink rearely.
my diet includes a lot of carboidrates like pasta and bread.....i don't know if is because of that that i feel tired, anyway i got this diet 4 years ago from a nutrinionist.
Do you guys have any tips to ger energies ?
i really need advices

I now use a general Multi-Vitamin and that seems to help. Just try not to get one with caffein in it because many do and make things worse when you become dependant on them.[/quote]
