I'm around 5'10 and 210 pounds (few pounds under). I feel like my weight is fine, but I do have excess belly and chest fat. I mean running backs in football are around my size. I know most people will tell me I need to cut and I tend to agree but I have no clue how to do so. I've heard the following:
Diets- low carb, high protein, low fat, 6 small meals, 1 big meal,
Workout- cardio, no cardio, 6 days a week, 3 days a week, heavy weighlifting, light weightlifting
What should be my plan? I'm wanting to get down to around 190 pounds and tone up from there but is that a good idea?

At your weight that would be about 275 grams protein and 150 carbs, and 30 grams fats. Have 20% of the carbs at breakfast, and 25% before and after the workout. Spread the protein out evenly among meals.
As for a workout plan post a training split and training style you are considering for further input _________________ Pain is Temporary, Pride is Forever
