You can google it to see what it is. I've done it once and I went from 200 to 190, so if you assume 5 pound water weight that is always moving around I lost a solid 5lbs over 2 months or so.

It is as intense as you make it though. Not sure how much it costs but you can probably find a download of it if you are poor, and it requires no weights or anything so you can do it just about anywhere with a soft floor.

Oh and it should be noted I didn't start seeing the weight loss until month two when I started cutting out obvious unhealthy items from my meals and trying to limit meals to 400 calories for the main 3 meals, then eating another 100-200calories every hour or two, which seemed to kick start my metabolism cause now my stomach wants food every hour and a half.

insanity is great for weight loss, I change up from p90x, insanity and p90x+

Itll make you lose weight, but good luck putting on muscle.

I thought I'd chime in here as well as I see no one mentioning the Supreme 90 Day Workout. It's really powerful and effective. You can hit google for it or you can just check out my signature. S90 is very similar to P90x yet at a fraction of the price and delivers the same results. People have reported rapid improvements with this system and swear by it. Just read all the good reviews. I think you guys would have fun with it as well. Or if you're doing other forms of fitness to stay in shape this will make things more exciting and mix it up a bit
