So due to a massive sports injury, I was basically bed ridden for one and a half years, I gained a TON of weight (100 lbs), so i have lost about 30 lbs of that so far. But I have always been kind of fat.

I am just wondering, for other heavy guys who got fit, how did females start to treat you differently as you lost the weight?

How much weight did it take?
How did females who knew you as the fat you treat you differently?

ive gone throught extreme weight loss and gain all my life, and found tbh it made no difference what so ever...if anything i have more fun as a bigger guy and a better connection with 95% of the women i pull....

and for the most part, women dont tend to change how they treat u if yr skinny its a common mis conception the only difference is most skinny guys are more confident so it looks like the women change the way they act but they only change because the guys change ...

I'll actually toss in the same way.

You're actually displaying more confidence when you slim down.

But there's one thing that's a little easier when you become fit, initial attraction is much easier. I was 330lbs, 5'10", I had to go indirect because of how I looked. Direct to anything other than a single set, even with confidence would never work, I'd get the "Ewwww" look.

Now, down to 190, I can actually go direct to multi-sets and even if the target doesn't respond properly, usually another HB in the group will respond and I can build comfort with the group before isolating the target.

But all of this requires confidence, which you can have wether you're fat or fit.

I was a size 42 when I was 18, and I am now a size 33, and I'm 34 years old. You don't attract girls by the fact that you lost weight. You begin to attract girls when losing weight makes YOU feel good and happy. The accomplishment of losing weight gives you confidence, and that's what attracts women.

Most girls, from my experience, are impressed that I was able to lose all that weight.

Hey man, I lost 80 pounds and holy damn- there was a HUGE difference.

Girls and social groups that had totally ignored me began talking to me, wanting me to get involved. Girls became a lot more open and flirty. There's a noticeable difference.

Most of its is inner confidence but being thin and, in some peoples minds, more physically attractive, it's easier to open rather than having to display confidence, talk your way in, and then end.

When I graduated High school I was at 280 and dropped down to 170 before I left for Basic Training. Do whatever makes you happy because that is all that matters.
