I would suggest you to go on a SPAM-diet it is very good and gives great results for short term dieting. The diet basically consists of eating only protein and fat, without carbs. That means almost every meal includes meat or at least eggs and a source of fat (keep the protein intake much higher than fat though). For example a breakfast could look like this: a can of tuna with a spoon of mayo and a handful of almonds. And make sure once a week (best option saturday or sunday) you have a carb-up day where you basically load yourself with carbs-something like a cheat day in this diet. I would recommend you to find out more about it online as this is a great and effective way to loose fat fast. Good luck! :)

I have read your post. And would like to say thanks to you that you share this post here with us. I also think that you should take a lot of care about your diet and also do some exercise. In exercise I think cycling and swimming are really good and the fastest way to get accurate results.

Good weight loss tips I got back 15 years ago was mostly take in high protein and amino acids and jog for 30 minutes a day. I used to be bigger but I cut back on the weight mostly by lowering my cheese intake and beer intake. I switched to clear liquors and drank very little alcohol for several years.

I also did 30 minutes jogging and took some niacin and some fat burners that were more on the natural side and had no chemicals or stimulants. I also did a lot of walking and jogging combined with sauna sweating for a few hours a day. I was able to drop some serious weight and am no longer on the chunky side. Now I would like to regain my muscle mass which is my next step of transformation. Once my job situation and living situation is settled I can completely revamp my life.
