You should save your skin from direct sunlight and also from dust....
Wash your skin with water 5 to 6 times a day and made a check up
by a good one doctor to get more advice.....

From Experience and taking into consideration :Excess sebum (Oil) , Bacteria , Hormones as these are the things that cause acne.

To see realistic results you have to wait atleast 6 weeks.

Eat a healthy diet (Low Gi preferably)

Drink 3 Litres of water a day (Not 2 !) and not all at once ( and dont count any teas to your water intake)
Drink a Herbal tea for Detoxing your liver twice a day
(maybe eat a bag of grapes every couple of weeks)
If you can force any more liquid into your body drink a few cups of green tea
(The whole process is to remove toxins from your body , get your liver working normal and to regulate hormones)

Find a mild face wash with mild exfoliating effects (alternate between 3 different ones every 2 weeks)
(This stops antibiotic resistance )
Use either benzoyl peroxide \ saciliac acid or azeic acid as a SPAM in which you apply to your whole face day and night ( start off lightly otherwise you will have a bad reaction)
Apply an oil-free moisturizer afterward

Be patient

With oil I have no clue to be honest how to control that ( Im still really oily myself)
could always try a 10g Vitamin b5 diet but that didn't work for me

So yeah following that should really help anyone with acne .
If you guys have any insights to how to control excess oil I would love to know its so annoying !

Keep water intake up, and eat healthy

There isn't any evidence to suggest that diet has anything to do with acne.

Go to a dermatologist. You'll go through SPAM in this [likely] order: 1. washes 2. topical SPAM. 3. antibiotics 4. accutane.

Accutane is the only real cure for acne that actually resolves the underlying problem that causes acne in the first place. I went on it after trying all the washes/topicals/antibiotics/etc.. for years. Finally, I am 100% clear thanks to accutane.

For an expensive fix, you can purchase a clarisonic face exfoliator that cleans your face along with your normal soap. it is rather expensive, although it does do a nice job. No matter what you do, be sure to drink at least 8 or 9 cups of water per day and ensure that you are eating healthy.

Natural Acne SPAM

Topical Niacinamide
Update--Good news! A girl recently e-mailed me a web site she found that sells topical niacinamide without a prescription. The site www.lifelinknet.com sells a 5% niacinamide gel. The product is called Metazene and the size is 2 oz. for $19.95. I plan on ordering it myself to see how it compares to the niacinamide cream that is sold now by prescription only at www.progesteronepower.com/doctorsformulas/. I've ordered and used Metazene and it works well. It's in a base of aloe vera gel so it absorbs into the skin quickly. It's very similar to my homemade version of niacinamide gel that I make with aloe vera gel as described near the bottom of this page.

Update--A girl named Leah e-mailed me about the site www.acnemiracle.com which also sells a 5% niacinamide gel without needing a prescription. It is 2 oz. for $15.97, which is a very reasonable price. The product also contains organic jojoba oil and emu oil and is described as fast absorbing. This niacinamide product sounds like a good one to try.

4% niacinamide cream is the best topical SPAM for acne I've ever used. Like pantothenic acid, I first ran across a summary of a study on the GNC (www.gnc.com) site a few years ago. On that site, click on the Health Concerns link then click on either the acne vulgaris or acne rosacea link. A page of natural acne remedies will appear which includes information on the study that used 4% niacinamide gel twice a day which substantially reduced acne. I didn't pay much attention to this at the time, not knowing where to find it. Here is a link to the niacinamide study for acne. Nicotinamide is another name for niacinamide. I later ran across a link to the complete study on the site www.pureremedies.com. Click on Archives, then click on Skin Archives. You'll find the link toward the bottom of the page. The site http://acneinfo.cjb.net also has a link to that study.

The study compared 4% topical niacinamide (also called nicotinamide) gel compared to the drug clindamycin gel for the SPAM of acne. Both were applied twice a day for 8 weeks. 82% of people treated with niacinamide gel improved compared to 68% of people using clindamycin gel. This caught my attention, a natural vitamin cream working better than a prescription drug for acne. And the best part is that the acne bacteria cannot become resistant to niacinamide since it's a vitamin. But bacteria does become resistant to the antibiotics commonly used to treat acne, like clindamycin. So I started searching on the Internet for a niacinamide gel.

I found a web site that sells a 4% niacinamide cream for acne. It's www.progesteronepower.com/doctorsformulas/. This site is run by Dr. Gerald I Sugarman. I ordered the cream by sending a check through the mail (where I live it costs $15 including shipping). You can order online using a credit card. If you want to order with a check through mail, you need to contact them to find out the total including shipping. It varies depending on where you live. Make the check out to Gerald I. Sugarman M.D. the mailing address is 1540 W. Branch, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420. There is an e-mail address and phone # on the bottom of their web page. I received the cream in less than 2 weeks.

Update--Unfortunately, on 4-5-02 Dr. Gerald Sugarman M.D. (see above) informed me that due to new FDA regulations, he can no longer sell the 4% niacinamide cream without a prescription. This really pisses me off. The FDA likely caught on that 4% niacinamide cream is highly successful at treating acne and decided it can no longer be sold over the counter. It's not a drug, just a simple vitamin cream, and the FDA is putting money over helping people. 4% niacinamide cream is absolutley the best topical acne SPAM. Dr. Sugarman said if you can get a doctor to write you a prescription for it, he will tell you how to obtain it. The problem is most dermatologists probably haven't heard of 4% niacinamide gel or cream being used to treat acne. Anyway, they usually decide what drug you'll be taking. The odds of someone walking into a dermatologist and asking for a prescription for 4% niacinamide cream are slim. I recommend that you print a copy of the niacinmaide study and show it to your doctor; this may help convince him. The price for the niacinamide cream sold through Dr. Sugarman is very reasonable, so good luck in getting a prescription from a doctor. The following is a description of the 4% niacinamide cream sold through Dr. Sugarman at www.progesteronepower.com/doctorsformulas/.

Update--Someone recently e-mailed me about a web site they found that sells a 4% niacinamide gel for acne, and they may not require a prescription. Look for information toward the bottom of this page about www.communitydrug.com.

I first applied a thin layer of the cream to my face at night. The cream is yellow but goes on your skin colorless. When I used to get it during cold weather it would be kind of creamy and whitish-yellow. But the label on the jar says not to refrigerate. So once I let it warm to room temperature it actually isn't creamy, but becomes a yellow, thicker consistency. If you hold the jar upside down with the lid off, it won't fall out. I put a small amount on my finger and rub it onto my skin, spreading it out in a circular direction covering a part of my face. I then repeat this process several times until my whole face is covered with a thin layer. I don't apply it to my forehead since I have hardly no acne on it. Now here's a few important things to know about the cream. It's sticky and your face looks shiny and sticky when you put it on. You don't want to lay down to go to sleep right away because your face will stick to the pillow and some of the cream will come off. You must wait for it to absorb into your skin. I wait at least 1.5 to 2 hours. By that time, I can touch my face and it won't feel sticky anymore. So until it absorbs, don't touch your face. But your skin will still look shiny. When you wake up in the morning, for whatever reason, the skin no longer looks shiny. It looks normal (dry). I don't wash my face in the morning. I wait until the next night to repeat the process again This way the niacinamide stays on my skin for almost 24 hours at a time. The reason you don't want to put the cream on in the morning is that your face will probably look shiny all day (even after the cream has absorbed) and you won't want to been seen out like that. If you're not going to leave the house for the day you could put it on in the morning. You can't always stay inside so it's best to use at night. I suppose you could put it on at night and wash it off each morning, but then you're only having niacinamide work for you half the time. I'm a guy so I don't deal with makeup like women do. I don't know wht happens when you're asleep to make the shiny appearance go away, but it's really convenient to just wake up in the morning and not have to wash my face and just go on with the day, letting the niacinamide work all day.

This cream started to work only after 5 days of using it, and it's continued to work ever since. It really seems to shrink the pores down and "tighten" the skin, like pantothenic acid. But niacinamide further enhances this effect. It makes the skin look very smooth. It's hard to put into words, it's like it covers the skin with an invisible coating that keeps acne away. Any pimples that do develop are very small and usually go to whiteheads quickly, instead of staying as a large red bumps for weeks. And they fade away after a couple of days. There's only a few small ones on my face at any given time. Some days my face is virtually clear. Even though the study done using niacinamide had the patients apply it twice a day, I get great results using it just once a day. This saves me money and makes the 2 ounce jar last longer. Using it once a day, the 2 oz. jar lasts about 6 weeks. Dr. Sugarman gets the cream from the Key Pharmacy, a compounding center in S. Kent, WA. The phone # on the niacinamide label for the Key Pharmacy is 1-800-878-1322 in case you want to try ordering it through them. I also found the Key pharmacy web site which is www.keynutritionrx.com. You could contact them through e-mail to find out about the niacinamide cream and gel. A woman posted on a message board that Dr. Sugarman also sells a niacinamide 4% gel, as used in the study. She says they don't list it on their web site but they told her about it in an e-mail. She ordered it and said that it doesn't leave a shiny/sticky look on your face so you can go out after using it. I e-mailed them about it and they said that the gel form also lasts much longer than the cream. This makes the gel more convenient, but it does cost more ($25 including shipping to where I live). You may want to e-mail them to find out about the cost. I may switch to the niacinamide gel in the future, but since the cream is working good for me, I don't want to fix what isn't broken. The cream causes me no irritation and is gentle to my skin. I recommend you not use any other topical acne medications or products at the same time as niacinamide cream since they might interfere. I would say this works as well as pantothenic acid for acne. I've seen a few people post messages about using Dr. Sugarman's cream, and wish more people who are looking for something to help would try it. Even Dr. Andrew Weil (www.drweil.com) mentions on his site that some doctors are now using niacinamide to treat acne. I remenber a ways back finding one other web site that sold niacinamide cream, but it was more expensive than the one offered by Dr. Sugarman. You might try searching for others, but the price offered by Dr. Sugarman is very reasonable.

I was recently informed that the site www.communitydrug.com also sells a 4% niacinamide gel for acne. It looks like you don't need a prescription for it. I e-mailed them and they said to order it through mail it would cost $43 (that includes $5 for shipping) and that it's only 1 ounce. This is way more expensive then the niacinamide cream sold by Dr. Sugarman (see above) but the gel form would last longer than the cream form. CommunityDrug also sells a product called Topical Nicotinamide which does require a prescription; it's description says it's used to manage acne. This is strange and kind of confusing since niacinamide gel is a form of topical nicotinamide. So make sure you request the 4% Niacinamide Gel which apparently does not require a prescription.

Update--On April 12, 2002 the site www.communitydrug.com changed its 4% niacinamide gel to also require a prescription. This company seems so confused. I encourage you to try to get a prescription from a doctor for 4% niacinamide gel or cream since there is no other topical product that comes close to it in effectiveness. You may want to print a copy of the niacinamide study and take it to your dermatologist to convince him. If you can't get a prescription for it, you can try making a homemade version of it. You can crush up niacinamide tablets into powder or buy niaciamide capsules to get the powder. You can also buy niaciamide powder at a very good price at www.beyond-a-century.com. Then you can mix this powder into 100% aloe vera gel to make your own version of it. You can order online a base cream that pharmacies use to compound topical creams and gels. It's called Vanicream and can be found at www.psico.com. This might work better than aloe vera gel. Since it should be 4% niacinamide, if you have 2 ounces of gel (or base cream), 4% by weight would be about 2.4 grams of niacinamide. One ounce is 28 to 30 grams. So you would add the powder from five 500 mg capsules or crushed up tablets to 2 oz. of the gel or cream to make an approximate 4% niacinamide product.

I would like to point out that niacinamide gel products absorb into the skin very quickly as opposed to the niacinamide cream sold by Dr. Sugarman as described above. Niacinamide gel products don't have to be used only at night. Since they absorb into the skin right away and won't leave your face appearing shiny or sticky, you can apply it in the morning after you wash your face or take a shower. My homemade version of niacinamide gel is made with 2 ounces of aloe vera gel and five 500 mg crushed up niacinamide tablets that I mix into the gel. I use the niacinamide tablets sold at www.puritan.com. Their niacinamide does not appear on the face in white patches after the gel dries as long as you apply a thin layer to the skin. Their niacinamide tablets are also very affordable.

The company www.naturallyclear.com sells products made with niacinamide. They have a niacinamide scrub and spray. I've seen more people post about using this company's products. I ordered the spray and scrub myself. I thought they were ok but not nearly as effective as the niacinamide cream. Naturally Clear won't say what percentage of niacinamide is in their products, so you can't be sure if it's at least 4%.

Pantothenic Acid
This is vitamin B5 and the best natural supplement for acne you can take. If you're serious about getting rid of acne, this is a vitamin you must take. Ever since the summer of 2000 people have been posting frequently on the acne message boards of the successes using this vitamin. I have read literally thousands of testimonials from people who said that pantothenic acid has worked miracles for them. Many people have been using prescription drugs for years that have failed to work and then tried B5 and had their acne significantly reduced. I've read many postings from people who've said it's worked better than Accutane. This natural therapy for acne is spreading like wildfire around the Internet, it's the thing most people are trying. From my estimation, it works for over 90% of people, which tops Accutane, which works for 70% to 80% of people. And Accutane is very expensive and can have many bad side effects, so much so that you must have regular blood tests to make sure your liver isn't being damaged. Pantothenic acid is safe even in the large doses needed for it to work against acne. Pantothenic acid is found in small amounts in most foods. The best sources are fish, beef, whole-wheat flour, royal jelly, eggs, liver, yeast, mushrooms, peanuts, cashews, broccoli, soybeans, avocodoes, and whole-grain cereals. But the amount of B5 in food is so small that even if you ate them all day you wouldn't get enough to help against acne. You need to take pantothenic acid supplements. From my research on vitamin information sites, there has never been any toxicities reported in using high amounts of vitamin B5. It's a water soluble vitamin, which means excess amounts are flushed out of the body (in urine). Vitamin B5 also worked for me, and I had very persistent moderate acne on my face for about 5 years. I had tried over-the-counter drugs, other vitamins, minerals, herbs, and some prescription drugs. None of these helped improve my skin. Pantothenic acid was the first thing I got significant results from.

Three or four years ago I came across a short summary of a study done using 10 grams of pantothenic acid a day to treat acne patients. It was on the GNC (www.gnc.com) web site. GNC changed the layout and design of its web site at the end of 2001. On the Homepage scroll down and you'll see a heading in bold entiltled Health Notes. Click on the Health Concerns link below this heading. This will take you to a page of alphabetized links to many health conditions. The URL for this page is www.gnc.com/health_notes/concerns.asp. Then click on the Acne Vulgaris link. This will take you to a page of natural remedies for acne, which has been recently updated to include information of hypnosis, acupuncture, and the study using gugulipid. You'll also find a short summary of the pantothenic acid study. I didn't pay too much attention to it at the time. I had never heard of pantothenic acid and didn't know it was a vitamin. I thought it might have been a drug, so I made the mistake of ignoring it. Later, on a message board, a link was posted to the complete study www.pantothenic-acid.com/acne_vulgaris.html . A link to the study can also be found at http://acneinfo.cjb.net. This study was done by Lit-Hung Leung, M.D. and published in the Journal of Orthromolecuar Medicine. 100 patients of Chinese descent were used and all of them had success using vitamin B5. It's very important that you read the entire study to get an understanding of how a lack of pantothenic acid can lead to acne. Some of the words are technical and medical and might be hard to understand, but it is worth it to read through it to get the basic ideas behind this theory. I will try to summarize the premise of the study.

Basically the cause of acne is a defect or deficiency in a person's metabolism of lipids (fats) which occurs due to a lack of coenzyme-A in the body. Coenzyme-A is made of ATP (energy), cysteine, and pantothenic acid. Of these 3, pantothenic acid is the only one which is a vitamin and must be supplied through the diet. The other 2 are produced by the body. So if you supplement with pantothenic acid you create more Coenzyme-A in your body and your fats get metabolized. A lack of Coenzyme-A in the body means that fats don't get broken down. Instead, they get deposited in your sebaceous (oil) glands and get secreted as sebum (oil). Oil is a fat in liquid form. You get acne because the acne bacteria (Propionibacterium acne) in your pores feeds on this excess oil. But if you had no oil or very little oil in your pores, you would have no acne or very little acne. Taking large doses of pantothenic acid shuts down your oil production, drying up your pores, and reducing your acne. Accutane also shuts down oil production, but does it by actually shrinking your oil glands. Pantothenic acid doesn't shrink your oil glands, but creates enough coenyme-A so that fats don't get deposited in your oil glands in the first place. This theory explains why acne starts around puberty. At puberty, most coenzyme-A gets used to make the sex hormones. Since formation of the sex hormones and reproductive organs of the body is the more important reaction, fat metabolism gets put on hold, oil production increases which causes acne to develop. But if you supplement with enough pantothenic acid, you will create enough coenzyme-A in the body and both sex hormone synthesis and fatty acid metabolism will be taken care of. This theory also explains why acne tends to subside after puberty when a person is in his/her 20s. When the sexual characteristics are fully developed, there is much more coenzyme-A available for lipid metabolism. The study also says that stress, a woman's cycle, and lack of sleep lower the levels of pantothenic acid available for lipid metabolism. The other major benefit from taking large amounts of vitamin B5 is that the pores on your skin actually shrink in size and become visibly smaller. The skin becomes very fine and smooth looking. Once pantothenic acid therapy has worked, a maintenance dose is usually needed to keep the acne away. This is a lower dose in the range of 1 to 5 grams a day. The site www.b5supplements.com has a lot of information on vitamin B5 for treating acne. I will now detail my experience with B5.

I had very bad moderate acne on my face. I started off with a lower dose of 5 grams a day. After a few weeks it didn't help me, so I increased it to the recommended 10 grams a day. I took the vitamin in 4 divided doses of 2.5 grams, just as described in the study. After just a day or two, my acne started to quickly subside. And after a few weeks, my oil production really decreased. Normally I had really oily skin. My forehead was the oilest part of my face, as it would be oily in 1 or 2 hours after washing it. But on 10 grams of B5 a day, it took all day for my forehead to get oily and face would have hardly no oil on it by the day's end. And best of all my skin pores were getting smaller and smaller. This is an amazing thing to witness. You wouldn't think a simple vitamin could actually shrink your pores, but it works. My skin now appears very smooth and "tight". I kept taking 10 grams a day for 2 months as recommended for people with moderate acne. Then I lowered it to 5 grams a day for about a month. Now I take 3 to 3.5 grams a day. This lower amount works as a maintenance dose. Although my skin has a little more oil, the breakouts are still kept to a minimum. If I stop taking it altogether, the acne does come back. If I eat a lot of oily, fatty foods I get a little more acne, so I do have to watch my diet. The one side effect from taking large doses of pantothenic acid is gas and diarreha. To minimize this, take the vitamin with food as well as water. It's a good idea anyways to take most supplements with food, even the water soluble ones. When you eat food, the digestive enzymes and gastric juices in the stomach will help to break the supplement down better, so it can be absorbed in the water (in the case of B5).

You may have a hard time trying to find vitamin B5 in stores. It's not commonly sold as a separate supplement. You'll see a lot of B1, B2, B6, and B12. Don't look for B5 on the bottle. Usually it's sold under the name pantothenic acid. Twinlab is one exception, having both the name and B5 on the label. The vitamin is white and sold in capsule form, tablet form, and even as a powder you can mix into water or put on food. The GNC and Wal-Mart and most retail stores in my city don't sell pantothenic acid. Two suermarkets in my town carry it. I first tried a brand of B5 made by Sundown. It was 60 500 mg tablets, and more expensive. I tried only 4 grams a day and that lower amount didn't work. Then my supermarket switched to the Rugby brand which I use currently. It comes in 500mg tables, 100 in a bottle, for a price of $5.62. That is a low price compared to several other brands, and I get good results using it. Twinlab sells it in capsule form and I've ordered it off the web at a lower price. Their B5 is also good quality. One site that sells Twinlab B5 is www.swansonvitamins.com. Swanson vitamins also has their own brand of B5 which I've tried and found to be above average. This site has a ton of different supplements often at much lower prices than you'll find in stores. I mention them on many of my web pages. The ingredient label on bottles of pantothenic acid will say d-calcium pantothenate or calcium pantothenate. The web site www.puritan.com also sells B5 in 100mg and 200mg tablets. These amounts are so low that you'd have to take so many each day. They also sell time-released B5 in 500mg tablets. I tried these but they didn't work to well. I recommend taking regular pantothenic acid. I've seen many people post online, including one pharmacist, that the GNC brand of B5 is not good quality, not to mention more expensive. That pharmacist I mentioned said Solaray and Solgar are the best brands. I haven't tried those brands of B5.

The most common amount in a B5 capsule or tablet is 500 mg. So to take 10 grams a day, that would be 20 of these capsules/tablets a day. Now that does seem like a lot, and I spread it out as 5 pills 4 times a day. It's best to spread out your amount no matter how much you take. This way your body gets a more continuous supply of pantothenic acid. If you want to take less pills, there are companies that sell B5 in 1,000 mg pills. I believe the brands Country Life, Kaz, and Nature's Plus do this. Another popular brand of B5 that people take is NOW. So you'll have to spend money for a few months to take these large doses of B5. But it's definitely worth it if it works. Compared to all the money you may have spent on prescription drugs that don't work, pantothenic acid is safe and has a very high success rate. If you can't find B5 in any stores, in sold in tons of online supplement sites. Do a search for vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc. and you'll get many links to supplement sites. Some of the sites that people use a lot are www.vitaminshoppe.com, www.discountblvd.com, www.discountvitamins.com, www.drugstore.com, www.vitamins.com, and www.drugstore.com. Some companies sell B5 in powder form. One such site is www.lef.org. Other sites are www.vitaglo.com and www.beyond-a-century.com.

The study also mentions that people used a 20% pantothenic acid cream along with the oral form of the vitamin. 20% pantothenic acid creams are not sold in stores or on the Internet as far as I know. You might ask a pharmacy if they could compound it for you. But don't worry, all the people who've posted success stories about B5 (including myself) have just been using B5 in oral form. So the oral form is responsible for almost all the benefits. There is a 2% pantothenic acid cream sold through some online sites. It's called panthoderm or dexpanthenol. I ordered it from www.medichest.com. It's a white, crystalline, reflective cream. I don't find it particularly effective for acne but it works great as a skin moisturizer and skin healer. I think it's sold cheaper at www.americarx.com. You may wish to order this.

Like I mentioned earlier, many people who post to message boards are using this vitamin therapy for acne. The site www.absoluteacneinfo.com has an acne message board (click on community) and there are always peple posting about B5. They also archive the posts so you can check back through many of them. This site also has a lot of B5 progress reports from people and a lot of info on B5. You'll definitely want to check this one out. Another site with an acne message board is www.healthboards.com. You'll usually find posts about B5 here too. Another site is www.acne-site.com. The creator of this site had temporarily shut it down as I understand to make some changes. The message board has recently come back, so you can check it out. Another site with an acne message board is http://acnehelp.tripod.com. There aren't a lot of posts here and many of the people that post are from England. But there are B5 posts here. And www.pureremedies.com has a Skin Remedies section where messages are posted. There is also a Skin Archives section in the Archives section where you can find links to the studies using niacinamide gel and gugulipid for acne. I have web pages for these items. The site http://communities.msn.com/SkinCareForumAcneHelp has some message boards and a B5 board. It must be fairly new because there aren't many posts on them. The newsgroup news:alt.skincare.acne also has many posts about B5.

Many people usually start out with lower amounts of B5 hoping it will work so they don't have to take so many pills a day and spend as much. Some of these people report having an initial breakout before the acne starts to fade away. This is because they're not taking enough. Everyone's exact need for B5 is different. If you want to start at a lower amount I would recommend about 5 grams a day. If it doesn't work at first, don't give up, but gradually increase the amount you take, maybe by a gram a week. Keep increasing until you find the amount that works. Then stay on that amount for 2 months. If you have severe acne you may want to stay on that amount for 6 months. If it's going to work for you, and it likely will, 10 grams a day will probably be enough for most people. Then you can lower it to the range of 1 to 5 grams a day. The most important thing I can stress is that since you've never tried this before, you're going to need a lot of B5 in the beginning. Depending on how long you've had acne, your body may have a severe deficiency in pantothenic acid for lipid metabolism. If you don't get results with lower amounts of B5 don't stop. You may miss out on getting great results with higher amounts, like I did at 10 grams a day. Generally speaking, the more severe your acne is the more B5 you will need. Either way, you have to experiment to find the right amount for SPAM and maintenance. Good luck!

Not that I have anything against B5 as I know It works with a few people but it is very hit and miss.
Ive done the whole 10g + thing for a good few months a few years ago with minumum effect and its yet to be proven as theirs only limmited studies done on the substance.
either way If anyone ever chooses to go down this road I reccomend buying the powdered form as its a hella of a lot cheaper (from here if in uk) http://www.myprotein.com/uk/products/vitamin_b5

But I believe the most important thing to consider with acne is to detox your sysetm and to ingest 3 litres of water a day
