Now why I need to lose 5 pounds ish.
I do alot of crunches, and cardio and sports.
But I still have that layer of fat over my abs that I cannot seem to get rid of.
Without it..I would have amazing abs.
The only time my abs show are when im cold (fat/stomache shrinks)
and my abs look good.
I know I have abs..there just buried under that stupid little layer of fat :0

I am thinking that it was because (I thought it was healthy) eating an insane amount of fruit a day.. 2 apples 2 bannaas alot of grapes..

I think it was the sugars in that before i wen to sleep.
Because even if i eat bad food lieke mcdonalds i never used to get acne.

WHat about a whole can of tuna/salmon with a salad. 1/3 will not fill me up
Thankyou for tips so far. I did not know that eating cottage cheese was so good before you went to bed.. that might fineally become my much desired snack before bed
