That is awesome man, become the best you can be!

The way I would do it is just go for the lowest fat highest protein meals, some great readymeals and surprisingly tinned currys out there, lots of chicken and lean meats grill your meat don't fry it plenty of green veg and lots of water.

As for the work outs do some kind of weights/resistance workout followed by about 20/30 mins cardio (interval training is great do 1min low intensity then 30 secs high intensity) you can to intervals on bikes treadmill running cross-trainer whatever, just remember 1 min easy, 30 secs hard. Do this every other day changing what muscle groups you are working each session and as you start to find it easy up your weight and intensity. There are many ways to tackle exercise and training this is just what works for me, I hope this helps.

I'm happy too see more people stepping up to this challenge. :)

Here's my personal training plan. I'm going to to full body workouts with light dumbbells, using routines from YouTube-channel HasFit. I'm using HasFit because the excercises can be easily expanded upon to fit your progress, you can do them at home and they're actually pretty intense. I've been doing them before and I think Kozak is really inspiring. I will put a little extra focus on my abs, and I will be doing these workouts regularly at least 3 days a week (but probably more).

I'll be jogging around 3 times a week, just to get the cardio up and also burn off the fat that's gathered around my waist. I'm pretty thin already so I won't really change my diet. I'll just try to eat more food, more often. As a vegetarian it's important for me to include snacks and protein-rich veggie food like seeds and nuts so I'll try to focus on that.

My plan is basically: Jog a lot, work out a lot, eat a lot.

Just wanted to check in and see how everyone has been doing with the challenge. Other than continuing with my regular workout of kickboxing/mma I've added extra running and cut many food contents (sat. fats, sodium, et cetera) and have started to see results. I'll post a photo result August 1st.

^Damn strait man. It's a shame tasty food can sometimes be so bad for you. There are worst things than chocolate though. Good job.

I am making progress, the basic shape of my sixpack is now visible when I don't tense.I still need to bulk a bit and tone quite a bit before it can be considered an actual sixpack. I have found I made the most progress since my friend changed to my gym and now i have a regular partner.
