Protein rich food:
broccoli,
beans,
peas,
asparagus,
sweetcorn.
milk,
soy milk,
eggs (eggs white in particular)
yoghurt,
cheese,
peanuts,
tofu,
other nuts.
Are you some sort of vegan cult propaganda spreader? That list makes absolutely no sense at all. Sure those vegetables you mention might contain x amount of protein RELATIVE TO CALORIES. But compared to its actuall mass the protein content is ridiculously low. If you wanted to consume a noticable amount of protein from the vegetables you mention you would literally have to consume KILOS and KILOS of it.
Also you say... ""eggs (eggs white in particular)""... While in reality, an average egg contains 6 grams of protein from which 3g is in the white and 3g in in the yolk.

As for the question of what foods really contain alot of protein: ANIMALS! Any kind of animals... (which OP didnt even mention so i am really really getting the idea that he is some vegan cult member trying to spread his emotionally driven beliefs onto others)

It's really nice sharing about high protein foods, dear, i also have some information about high protein foods, which i want to share with you... There is no doubt there are many kinds of high protein foods but according to my personal view, these are best high protein foods, like, eggs, Soybeans, seafood, fruits, raw veggies... etc...

No doubt that all these food are good source of protein. I think egg, cheese, butter, milk and vegetables are best source of protein. Protein is good for energy and weight gain. Anyway thank you all for sharing wonderful information.
Its funny how people tend to have 'opinions' on factual subjects. You can actually look up the amino profile of a certain food to determine the exact quality of protein. Fruits and (raw) vegetables have a ridiculously bad protein quality.

Bumblefly I strongly disagree. Eating breakfast regulates your metabolism. If you wait til noon to eat your first meal your body will be in "survival mode" and stop burning calories and giving you energy. and then when you do eat food, your body will be more hesitant to burn it off because it still thinks you're in survival mode. If you metabolism is regulated you won't have any of these issues No matter what your fitness goals are eating breakfast is something that is very very important.
This is a myth that has been debunked 40 years ago the day after it was ever spreaded. Funny how people still believe this shit. In reality your metabolism regulates exactly relative to the amount of calories you consume. Meaning that it doesnt not matter wether you eat 4 meals of 500 calories, 2 meals of 1000 calories, or 1 meal of 2000 calories. The 1 meal of 2000 calories "spikes" the metabolism exactly 4 times as much as 1 meal of 500 calories does.
Also survival mode does not occur on such short term.

Protein rich food stuffs really help to maintain good hair growth and prevent hair thinning or hair loss. Our hairs espicially on head and face including eyebrows, eyelashes, beard and mustache need good hair growth to live handsome for people. It is very valuable asset of our life and we must care it. Hair loss generally starts from receding front hair line and then successive hair loss on head could convert into baldness which is curable through hair transplant. Read more about hair loss, hair transplants, causes of hair loss, hair and beauty

mod edit
Assuming you do not have some extreme medical condition.., hair loss is 99,999% dependant on genetics and a healthy protein consumption will make absolutely no noticeable difference.

I was watching a 21convention video from Mark Ottobre. He says the best way to remember good foods to eat is whether it was 'hunted, gathered, fished or plucked'. Each has a specific type of issue with what you eat. For instance if you eat tuna every day, as he says a lot of young people do as it is 'cheap and easy', you will poison yourself as tuna contains higher levels of Mercury than most fish.
Along with that standard, it's important to have variety and if you are bulking to eat perhaps every 2-4 hours.
