Have you ever had a shoulder problem, if its not the underside I would look at the shoulder next, I think it could be that you potentially have a trapped nerve or something, If I was you I would go to a charopractor, without being able to analyise you myself I really dont know if I can be any more help to you, sorry about that...however I would suspect the shoulder as some shoulder problems manifest themselfs in the forearms, sorry I couldnt be any more help!

Ah sorry about that, missread!

However I think it would still be a shoulder problem, just because of the origin on the bicep, this may sound odd but if you send maybe just a few pictures of the underside of your arm I might be able to give you a better idea....or if you look at both your shoulders is one of them elevated? That could be a clear indication, but yea if you could just get back to me with that then that should help me out alot. Also can I tell a college of mine about your case? He's an oestopath so might be able to throw some light onto it.
