So I'm 5'7 155 lbs I want to gain another 10lbs of muscle mass. I work out rotating arms chest and legs. Any workouts that will help bulk me up?[/url]
You need to start off by lifting heavier weight and shorter reps. Then start focus more the definition by lifting lighter and more reps. You also need to consume the right amount of calories and a good amount of protein.

heavy ass fucken dumbbells will work faster then barbell exercises as it hits more muscle fibers and stabilizer muscles, although for best result alternate between barbells and dumbbells. make sure you work out all areas of the body and find out about different exercises and go heavy enough that you can barely do 6-12reps and use pyramid and dropsets to confuse the muscles, make sure you use correct form or you'll snap some shit up. lastly eat big, for you, try to eat around 3000 calories, any more then that is useless as it will just turn into excess fat. make sure you're eating around 150-200g protein every day. buy a protein powder, go to walmart and they have buckets of protein for 15 dollars, all it is, is protein you, dont need to spend 60 dollars on protein. kids that say otherwise are retards that go to the gym one week a year.

Hi BMW,
To gain 10 lbs increase your number of meals and add smarter food more in your meal plans. Consume more calories and increase your protein intake. Lift weights, increase your workout and take supplements. Eat more snacks and drink energy fluids to gain 10 lbs.
