Exercise is fucking fantastic. People would tell me that I would get more productive if I started exercising regularly, but I scoffed thinking it was all BS. Then I started p90x and my life has changed completely. I never feel exhausted after work, I feel calmer, and I really am more productive. Instead of coming home and playing video games after work, I now work on my ecommerce business because I just feel way more focused. I've gotten to the point where my body feels pains if I don't exercise and I love it.

Exercise has lot of health benefits. It is best for reducing weight and fat burning. We can get slim and healthy body with exercise. Regular exercise prevents us from many diseases and makes our body,muscles and bones strong. We can get a better body shape with exercise so it is important to do exercise daily.

You can actually get addicted to exercising, because of the euphoric feeling the release of endorphin gives you.

But yes, working out can help you in many different areas of your life. Confidence, mood, health, social life, energy, stress reduction.

Yes, having a great body will definitely give you more confidence in yourself, but it will also make your body stronger, your immunity will improve, you will feel better, and you will irradiate positive energy.
Also, I've always thought of this, and I think is a very good thing to say to the girl you like:

"What better gift can you give your children than half a perfectly healthy body?" Meaning that the best gift you can give to your unconcieved children is healthy genes.

Could be a great oppening of a lustful evening, don't you think?

Exercise not only helps to lose weigh but also keeps disease and away. Many people are too lazy to exercise. You don't have to work out in the gym, any physical activity is a form of exercise. Don't take it as a punishment, but try to enjoy it. Do something you like like swimming, running or playing your favorite sport. They all count as exercise.
