The hell dude, that's some awesome stats for someone your size.

What was your bf% pre-dieting? I'll probably try your diet for a few weeks after my bulk. I'm slightly below your stats, but I'm heavier. Mostly blaming really dense bones here though. And my huge head. *cough*

Still, I'm guessing your 141lbs is on an empty stomach?

Congrats on getting the results your looking for! That's a pretty crazy supplement schedule; what are the companies of the supplements your taking for example. HMB = Optimum and so on and so forth. I know not all supplements are created equal that's why I ask. Once again, congrats buddy.

Well I'm not huge, just look very athletic in a t-shirt. But I mostly wear suits when I pick up so I don't look like I'm in good shape. So yes, still use a lot of pick up. If anything been in good shape mostly helps with inner confidence more than anything...you just feel better about your self.

LOL Yeah...kind of infamous on bb.com misc...quite an achievement.

Most of them were so sure I was on steroids. I can 100% safely say I have NEVER touched them!

How is your deadlift so much better than your squat? I squat the same or slightly more than you, but your deadlift is way higher lol. And those guys are crazy to say you need roids to do that.

Its a structure thing, some peoples body's can have squat and deadlift about even, but most have a stronger deadlift than squat.


As for the steroids thing, i dont know about the rest of the members here but I am a member of a bodybuilding board and im pretty damn sure the entire forum would vote you non natty. I know how this game is played and a guy on a contract will not admit shit.

The only reason people deny using is because the ignorant fucks of the world will say you didnt do any hardwork or took a shortcut, but I know better than that. Popping a couple tabs a day wont lift the weights or eat the meals for you. And if you are indeed natty the only explanation then would be godly genetics. Lets see how you progress.

He may look big in the pic, but in reality, 140 at 6'0 isn't big no matter how you look at it. He just cut a lot. I'm sure he had been working out for a while before he took that before pic.

No disrespect, his stats are better than mine and I weigh 185.
