I was curious if any members of this forum know about weightless exercises for the following muscles:

- Traps

- Lats

- Mid back

- Hamstrings

- Forearms

I'd like a list of two or three because I generally like to swamp out my exercises every few weeks to prevent my body from adjusting to the workout. The primary function of this request is to have workouts I can do even if I miss a workout and or if I don't have access to weights or training equipment. The last thing I want is to be able to make an excuse for not to maintain my health.
getting big using only calisthenic exercises is totally possible, dont let anyone tell you any different because chances are they dont know wtf they are talking about.. have you ever seen how big male gymnast are? they've never lifted weights in their entire life, mike tyson in his prime, did not lift weights either and he was huge! many wrestlers also do not lift weights, all of these people i mentioned have achieved great altitudes only using body weight exercises.

dont believe me? go on youtube and search a guy called "hannibal for king" he'll answer your questions, you'll be amazed.
Better physiques have been built with weights than without. The only reason I would figure out how to do weightless exercises if I was in prison. If you cant afford a gym membership or equipment use cans of paint or some shit.

Focus on exercises that incorporate multiple muscles and move the body through space. this release HGH, which burns fat and builds muscle.

Weighted sled pulls for LB. It really works the glute ham connection. DO THESE

Hold 1 dumbell above your head, arm straight and squat down. 5x3 maxing out on 5-6 reps.

Lunges

Hang softballs from bar with s hooks. Do pull ups, and chin ups. wide and narrow grips. Max out every time.

For the trapezius, I would do barbell shrugs and single dumbell flys.

If you want to build power and explosiveness without weights you will not get as strong or "big" looking. Period. The best athletes incorporate many different exercises and routines into their Regine.

I like plyometrics to build "raw power"

Hamstrings =Hill sprints; up and down hill. depth jumps, jump squats, jump tucks are all important. Also the glute ham raise for the advanced. This is a perfect opportunity to ask a HB to spot you.

Push yourself as high off the ground as possible while doing pushups.

and Isometric holds to further tear down muscle after my main lifts. I sometimes do wall sits, wall pushes, and isolate tricep on dips

Pivots are key to developing core stability.

And dont forget stretching....morning, lunch break, etc.

All that matters really is to feed your body the essential fuels and then go run, walk, surf, bike, lift. Just do something.

Is anyone else disgusted by how unhealthy society is today?

There is no point to cut if the muscle isnt already there in the first place. And muscle is built best and maintained by free weight exercises. And cutting isnt something to do ith training, its something to do with diet.

Walking is one of the easiest form of exercise, it certainly helps to lose a healthy way to lose weight. The recommended daily 40 minutes walk. If you do not have time to walk on a regular basis, you can try at least three to four weeks of the day walking.
