It's never going to happen. You can't be healthy and a heavy drinker or drug user at the same time, except for a certain sort of person who is genetically a gifted athlete (even then, it will catch up eventually).
I spent a long time in that state and was always psychologically and physically unhealthy, despite my work in the gym, because it is basically poisoning your body.
Your body is your temple.
Keep it pure.

If your doing everything all natural, with food, no pre-workout etc it can only be a good thing.
I know alot of people who can do it and do it well both mentally and physically. It will catch up of course in good time. But if they enjoy it thats up to them.
