Here is my question , I work out sometimes I go to the gym , and I have athletic body , when I wear t-shirt everyone no matter of gender male or female can see that I have athletic body and I can see that too , but when I wear shirt , girls and guys don’t know that I have atletic body ( or it’s less obvios when I wear shirt than t-shirt ), so guys what is your opinion , what do you think is better for me to wear shirt or t-shirt no matter at which place
Also guys what should I wear let’s say to a first date with a girl ( shirt or t-shirt)
What should I wear to disco ( shirt or t-shirt) which one would be better for pick up at disco ?
This is my question and sorry for my terrible english i am from europe

Try shopping at a name brand store where they sell fitted clothing.

A simple fitted v-neck is all you need from H&M will work. A lot of guys are generic when comes to their wardrobe when they go out, either looking like the douchy frat boys with baggy pants and oversize shirt and baseball cap tilted or the boring sausage group of crew-cut hair in the same old light-blue botton-down shirt.

Take shirt to a tailor, you can always roll up sleeves too, and will make your arms look even bigger.

It's hard to say without seeing any pics of how you normally dress And what you do for a living, age etc- all of things are important when it comes to style

I think what matters is the fabric. Wear shirts with thinner fabrics with some spandex in it. People who want to avoid showing their body shape should wear thick fabrics like "heavyweight cotton shirts" because it will create the illusion of a box shape instead of clinging to a beer gut or something.

Diesel makes fitted stuff, but often times they're over priced. I used to go to zara they have t shirts in various fits (slim fit is nice). Lot's of the upper end stories carry fitted shirts now, button ups included.

"no matter at which place" doesn't make sense to me. You would not wear a button down to gym or a urban/hip hop kind of club, and you wouldn't show up in a t-shirt at a fancier event or work (well, depends on your job, of course).

As other posters pointed out, it's all about the fit. Get a basic shirt from any place of your choosing, which you can then get tailored at a tailor of your trust to let everybody see that V shape of yours. Open a few buttons on top, roll your sleeves up and you are set for a casual yet elegant look!
