Can you give me some excercises for front, middle and rears?
The only thing I do SPAM is overhead press, will that do the whole shoulder or just the middle?

Dips do quite a few muscles too.

More like it feels like damage
I've got no problems with excercising muscles into pain, I enjoy the soreness of a good workout.

I had it today, the last time I had it was several months ago. Just thought it would be a good idea to build up some extra shoulder muscle as prevention.
