Apple is very good for health . I like your post. But some people who can not like apple i suggest those to use health drink or Shakeology for fitness.

apples are full of nutrition , it contain vitamin A, B C. the one main thing about apple is that it does not contain any fats and cholesterol. the people who does not like apple they should drink juices.

Fruits are great source of vitamin and minerals. Especially apple has many important nutrition. It lowers cholesterol and also improves heart health. Apple has great effects on eye sight and memory. It is good for bone protection.

Apple also contains a little bit quantity of natural resources like potassium, phosphorus, and calcium. Potassium is a significant constituent of cell and body fluids helps scheming heart rate and blood pressure.

Apples are natural supplements which are healthy and full of nutrition. My grand pa take a an apple daily in breakfast and he is healthy even in the age of 79. He is fit and work like young people.

Apples are actually a fruit that really isnt that high in vitamins and as for macro nutrients they basicly are pure sugar.

A food that is: Nearly pure sugar with a tiny bit a vitamins =/= a particularly healthy food.

Apple is the best source for get good nutrition and energy so i am agree with your reviews.It is a most famous sentence that an apple a day keeps doctor away so apple is so good for good health.We should be eat regularly apple in the breakfast because it is so good for the skin beauty.
