| So I'm in college and I've been doing quite good in school as well as in picking up girls, and I have improved everything I can including fitness, but one thing I've had for the last 4 years or so is that my face is always red, shiny from greasiness, and i usually have pimples and acne on the side of my face and around my mouth.
Now there's a few reasons for this,
- poor diet (lots of fatty foods)
- I only have time to wash my face twice a day, but rinse it with water plenty (I've just started doing this the last 2 months and it has made a big difference)
- Diabetes runs on my moms side of the family and I think the fact I continuously eat junk foods because my hunger never stops makes an excess of oils in my face. I crave them
- I don't drink nearly enough water
- Stress
Another thing I discovered (while drunk) is that I went to lick the food off the edges of my mouth and tasted the oil on my own face.. so I ran my finger on my forehead then licked it and it tasted like the drink/food i just ate, which is pretty fucking disgusting... anyways thats about as much evidence as you can get that it's the reason. My dad never had acne/red greasiness but he grew up poor and only ate healthy food like veggies til his 20s and had nothing like diabetes in his family (i think diabetes has something to do with it, im gonna be diabetic one day my doctor told me lol)
So for new years I am going to totally give up junk food, the goal is atleast 6 days a week (1 day to eat junk food if I want to) in order to improve my greasy face, feel better, gain more lean muscle and less fat when I go to the gym (I'm on break right now but I usually do weights/machines 3 days a week and pool 3 days a week) and just live healthier in general.
I'm in college and I'm trying to stay on a budget, so I'm trying to make some sort of diet plan.
Healthy foods I like:
- whole wheat bread
- bananas
- chicken breasts
- berries
- chocolate milk
- pasta/spaghetti
- tuna
- rice
- mushrooms/cauliflower
Are these healthy? foods I like:
- soup
- peanutbutter
- cheerios/general cereal
- kraft dinner
- english muffins
- granola bars
Foods I'm giving up:
- pizza
- french fries/hashbrowns
- eggs
- hamburgers
- white bread
- bacon
- chocolate/nutella
- pop/sugary drinks
- cookies
I want to gain weight and eat as clean, healthy and cheap as I can. I plan on having cereal for breakfast,
toast and soup or kraft dinner for lunch, and then tuna, chicken breast, rice, pasta or some combination for dinner, while maintaining a 3 days of weights/machines and 3 days of swimming fitness routine per week. Then maybe get pizza 1 day of the week or something.
Thoughts, advice? Any ideas of fruits/veggies or other healthy foods that are tasty, filling? thanks guys
ALSO, I'm still gonna be consuming copious amounts of beer/liquor for 2-3 days a week, but I need that for fun on the weekends haha
