I've a question,
I want to earn 4 to 5 more pounds but continue with my same % of body fat.
Should I bulk every day or only the days that I train weights ?
Bulk up slowly, I recomend you to eat more everyday. Stay on a 200-300 calorie plus diet.

Do you teach your clients 'Thermal Loading?'

If you don't know what I am talking about check out Ray Cronise's Ted Talk.

I find this is the best way to lose fat quickly as I am impatient and diets alone just take too long.

Cheers, Jack.

If you are beginner, go and google Starting Strength by Mark Rippertoe. Start with gaining foundation of strength before doing some more hardcore routines. Stick with the routine at least 8+ weeks, and be consistent with it. Rome wasn't built one day, so be patient.

If you want to gain more size. Go and understand more about body composition first, and then determine how much calories you should eat. Split the macros up (fat, carbohydrate and protein). Personally I use Harris Equation.

It should be easier if you have a coach who can follow, and guide you, but if you personally want to try and see how it goes, at least be patient, and be consistent by tracking your calories.
