EDITED OUT! Done for about 4 weeks. I developed a nasty case of acne.
Anyone no a good home remedy?

I just started using Aloe as recommended on a body building site, with some improvement.

It's the itching that drives me bat shit. But I gotta tell you that Aloe Vera is making a nice difference in only two days.
Nice Majic.
Work out schedule?
Goal?

What are you taking?

I did 3-4 days a week on cycle. I had a pretty mean stack that I ran. Ran 450 of straight test all the way through also Deca and A-Bomb. At one point, I was pumping a total of 1300 a week of test into myself LOL talk about a science project! Finished it off with some clen. At the end of my cycle, I was 216 with 9% BF. (I'm only 5'10 too. I was beastly) It was a 12 week cycle. All heavy, compound lifts. Your diet is really more important than your work out. Watch how much cholesterol you take in too. I pretty much went on a See-Food diet (anything I saw I ate.) at about 5000-5500 calories a day. Clean food. Lots of water. (carry a gallon of water around with you. You will sweat your dick off after week 3 or 4.) No drinking AT ALL. Get atleast 8 hours of sleep a night.

Just be ready to fuck like a porn star once that shit kicks in lol

Hit me up if you've got questions man. I ran a few cycles before and I'm half tempted to start up another one pretty soon for shits and giggles. Got some really good gains and lost a good amount of fat. Check out forums like anabolicminds.com too. Forums like bb.com and muscleandstrength.com don't really like the steroid discussions.

Hi Heywood Jablowme,
Exercises are great way to prevent repeat episodes of low back pain. The right exercise program will help you build strong, flexible muscles that will be less prone to injury. Try therapeutic exercises but stop doing exercises that put pressure on the spine and during all exercises, practice the drawing in technique. Pay attention to all compensations you make during exercise.
