A PUA need to rejuvenate his body and mind ever so often; so I took a retreat to go swimming in the lagoon on the Caribbean island of Barbuda.

The salt water is perfect for soothing the body, aches and head cold (which I have).

Overall guys, find time to get away from the congested inner cities to take a day for yourself just to reflect on game, life, pussy and everything else!
