So if you have something there that is healthy and easy to grab quickly, you wont binge on rubbish and feel like a failure at life afterwards.
I cook in bulk. Its easy to do, and works a treat. I live off chicken breasts as they are lean and are full of muscle building protein. When cooked without being in a marinade, they suck. Bland, dry and BORING. Noone likes to eat boring food.I will normally cook 1-2kg of chicken breasts at a time and put them in containers. Then when you need to eat you can take one out and throw it in a salad or a Wholemeal bread sandwich.COOKED chicken will last about 5 days in the refridgerator.
Try this recipe: (You non-metric system lot are going to have to figure out the conversions)
1kg Skinless chicken Breasts
1 Tsp minced garlic
1 Tsp minced ginger
1 Tsp Chilli paste (can be left out)
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp Sesame Seed oil
Chopped Lemon grass
1) Mix Together. I do it in the bag the chicken comes in.
2) Leave to marinade.
3) PreHeat oven to 180C.
4) Throw in for 30-35 mins (Or longer if its not cooked - you don't want a pink centre)
5) Devour. I throw it in salad or on wholemeal sandwiches with Avocado and Cottage cheese etc.
6) Get lean and thank me.
You can also try just Soy sauce, Honey and Garlic. <<This one ROCKS.
For breakfast I eat this:
1) Saute Capsicum, celery, onion, garlic, tomato, mushrooms.
2) Add a bit of soy sauce.
3) Crack 2-4 eggs over the top and keep mixing until the eggs are done.
4) Put it into a bowl or container and add a dollop and Cottage cheese and some pepper.
5) Enjoy!
Few more tips:
- Eat every 3 hours. Chicken and salad with avocado and cottage cheese will help you get lean.
- Eat good fats! Whole Eggs, Avocado, UNSALTED nuts (Sodium = bad), Peanut Butter (My favourite), olive oil etc..
- Exercise! Cardio on an empty stomach in the morning or straight after a weight session in the afternoon.Protein powder with water and some fruit straight afterwards.
- Plan your day ahead! Make meals the night before and put them in containers.
Its not hard. Make it a routine just like with getting good at picking up women and you will benefit greatly!
