I'm 15 and I'm only 5 ft 2, I use to swim competitively up until last year. I was really good but I was still very bony and small until I started working out. How is it even possible that I swam that hard and still be 5ft 2? And I've been swimming for about half my life. How can I get taller?

I don't see the correlation between swimming and height. Are you supposed to grow from the water or something?

Swimming is an all body exercise, at each stroke you're stretching to start and end that stroke. You unintentionally lengthening your body and broadening your back.

Might still be time for growth hormone. I would ask your parents if they would look into it. Being short is a disavantage. Not just with girls but with a lot in life. I am 5'4" and know.

I'm taller than both my parents, I heard that hanging upside from a pullup bar can significantly increase your height, can you guys confirm this?

Hanging upside down from a pull up bar will not make you grow taller . What Will make you grow taller and its crucial that you attack this at the age you are now is Growth Hormones, as mentoned above get your parents to research it for you go to your local gp and enquire about your options with it . Google Foods that promote growth hormones. I know that squats and deadlifts produce a big serge of growth hormones when exercised propally

If that is true then you have no hope of being taller. This may sound harsh, but don't reproduce. Stop the cycle. You'll just end up hooking up with some short girl, have kids, and then your kid will be wondering why he is so short and end up hating life.
