Anyone else tried this traning programme? I'm just into the second week and feel a lot healthier from it (especially with eating healthy). I can see that I have lost a little bit of weight but since I'm only a week in I'll have to wait for any real results.

Its a 2 month programme but its bloody hard. Just wondered if anyone else had tried it and what the results were?

I did it without missing a single day and did the diet to a T! I got amazing results!

Good to hear man! I haven't missed a day yet and am following the diet so am excited to see how it works. Already feel like I have a lot more enerygy.

Its really difficult though, especially towards the last three weeks when your body is broke down and tired. Good Luck!

Oh great, I'll look forward to that :roll:
I'll stick with it though, worth it in the long run. One quesiton though, what are you supposed to do after the 60 days is up? Start over again from month 1 and keep repeating?

its hard i have 3 weeks left my advice is if you feel really sore take a day off. you don't build muscle when your working out its during the recovery when it heals.
