I'm 24 six foot one and weigh just over 12 stone ( or about 168 lbs ). Im looking to bulk a bit and really could do with some advice. Basically over the past few months I've been going through a bit of bulking up phase and taking whey protein shakes and lifting weights in the gym. I have seen some good effects already. However, I'm carrying a bit of a fat around the stomach mostly. So what I'm wondering is, is it better to try and burn off that fat first and reduce my body fat percentage or is it better to continue to bulk up and try to lose the fat after?
Greatly appreciate any advice!
Cheers guys

Have a look at an average bulking meal plan to see the kind of food you need to be putting in to your body to make your self grow _________________ Leeds Pick up Lair. PM for info.
