There are some ways to increase testosterone level i.e. If possible, consult a doctor to have a blood test report so that you can measure your testosterone first.
Use the testosterone supplement and read carefully how to use it.
Drink some protein shake and try tablets that make you hunger so that you can eat more... I wish, it helps.
