Hi guys.

Now I believe that these factors are all major factors in both our everyday life and pick-up ability. Living the stressfull lifestyles a lot of us do, I think work needs to be done to improve and I think we can definatly see improvements from this. I also have OCD and Seasonal Depression, so any help from you guys would be much appreciated.

Please share your tips and tricks!

hey man

theres a ton of things you can do, a combination of them should help ya

numero uno is exercise. (releases endorphins and what not that make u feel good)
Eating correctly (fried foods n such release different chems in your body and make u feel differently..true shit. eat an apple!)

Meditation, breathing exercises, drawing, art, music, writing, doing something productive you would never otherwise do (like cleaning my apartment hahahah!)


and when you brain starts getting sad and weird (cause yes we all do this)

tell it, no more and KEEP DOING THIS. eventually it will get the hint, and you wont have to tell yourself it anymore.

hey man. thanks for the response.

Exercise really is vital, ive always done quite a lot however i'm only just realizign how much it helps when your minds feeling under.
And yeah as for the food thing - i do really need to step it up!

I think one really good source I find of releasing a lot of it is reading - to me its like killing two birds with one stone, I learn a lot and lose a lot the problems on my mind.

I think also muscle relaxation helps tons!
