hey man
theres a ton of things you can do, a combination of them should help ya
numero uno is exercise. (releases endorphins and what not that make u feel good)
Eating correctly (fried foods n such release different chems in your body and make u feel differently..true shit. eat an apple!)
Meditation, breathing exercises, drawing, art, music, writing, doing something productive you would never otherwise do (like cleaning my apartment hahahah!)
and when you brain starts getting sad and weird (cause yes we all do this)
tell it, no more and KEEP DOING THIS. eventually it will get the hint, and you wont have to tell yourself it anymore.
