Yo so I've been working out for about 6 monthes now, decent results :)
Im 17 Have my protein bars/whey protein shakes /jack3d (on and off) and shit, and I work out with a buncha buddies of mine on a regular basis. He balances the negative effects with Zinc im pretty sure. The point is that my friend was telling me of this product and shit and was wondering what you guys think?
My bro is already on it and he feels good, but Ive read on SimplyShredded and shit that under 21 should't take supplements like this, so yeah advice appreciated :)

I've been taking D-Aspartic Acid for about a month now.

I have noticed amazing muscle growth and my bodyweight (Usually 174 during peak weight training) has increased to 180-182.

The place I bought it from said the US military was testing it on troops a few years ago and they were seeing massive improvement, which allowed for further research. I don't know if that was a load of crap story, but the stuff works.

To give you an idea of my workout routine:

Lifting 5 day split:
Legs, Arms, Shoulders/Core, Chest, Back

Also, 90 minutes of cardio 5 days a week as well

Hope this helps

You don't need crap supps when you're 17. You have raging testosterone and way too much energy to begin with.

Go lift.

Very true. Would work better when your testosterone isnt at its peak like it already is.

This. Focus on your weight training and your diet first. Supplements are just that, a SUPPLEMENT to an already solid nutrition and training regimen.
